The Privacy Policy describes the rules for processing information about you, including personal data and cookies.

  4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily on the Website.
  5. The Website processes personal data for the following purposes:
    • Handling enquiries via a contact form,
    • Presenting offers or information.
  6. The Website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
    • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    • By storing cookies on end-user devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login areas and places where personal data are entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.
  2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of: dhosting.
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of request arrival,
    • time the response was sent,
    • client station name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
    • URL of the previously visited page (referrer link) – if the visit to the Website was via a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • IP address information,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services via forms on the site,
    • information related to e-mail handled by and sent from the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data are used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
    • the hosting company under a data processing agreement,
    • authorised employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the site’s operation,
    • companies providing marketing services for the Controller.
  2. Your personal data are processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to them, as defined by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification,
    • erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing referred to in item 3.2 with respect to processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling; however, the objection may not be effective if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making may be applied to you, including profiling, in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Controller’s direct marketing.
  8. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data if provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information facilitating the linking of data in a form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in a form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a given form, e.g. handling a service request or business contact, registering services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is used for.

Information about user behaviour on the Website may be logged. These data are used to administer the Website.

7. Important marketing techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to this service provider, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With regard to user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool at: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

8. Information about cookies

  1. The Website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end device of the Website User and intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Website User’s end device and obtaining access to them is the Website operator.

    • maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter login and password on each subpage,
